Gordle gives you five to six chances to guess the last name of the person, so be careful each time. Each guess has to be a last name of a current or former NHL player. Press "Enter" to send in your guess. If you type the right letter, the box will turn green. If you type the wrong letter, it will turn yellow. You were wrong if the box goes green.
People can move guesses to the left or right if they don't match the length of the target name: People can "off the board" with longer names. The only letters that will give you clues about the secret name are the ones that are still on the board. You can also change shorter names in the same way. Names don't need closing slashes, so "St. Louis" becomes "STLOUIS." The best part? Every day there will be a new GORDLE!
